Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care helps restore balance in your spine and nervous system so your body can heal, function, and move with ease. Using gentle, precise adjustments and the Zone Technique, we go beyond symptom relief — we address the root cause of imbalance in the body’s systems. By stimulating the brain centers that control the six health zones — glandular, eliminative, nervous, digestive, muscular, and circulatory — we help the body restore harmony from within. Patients often notice improvements not only in posture and pain, but also in energy, sleep, mood, digestion, hormone balance, breathing, and overall vitality.

What is Chiropractic Care?

Chiropractic is a health approach centered around the spine, nervous system, and the body’s innate ability to heal itself. When the spine is aligned, nerve signals flow freely, tension reduces, and your body is better equipped to maintain balance and thrive.

We use an integrative approach—not just mechanical adjustments—to see each person as a unique system, not a symptom.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many visits will I need?

  • Your care plan is personalized to your body, your goals, and how you respond to care. Some patients feel significant change quickly, while others benefit from a more structured plan over time. We regularly reassess and adjust your plan so it continues to fit your needs.

Will I be adjusted on the first visit?

  • In most cases, yes — as long as you feel comfortable and there are no contraindications. We take time to explain everything before we begin so you feel confident and informed.

Do you accept insurance?

  • We are a fully self-pay practice and do not work with insurance companies or provide superbills. This allows us to offer truly personalized care without the limitations, delays, or restrictions imposed by insurance networks. Payment is due at the time of service, and we’re happy to discuss package and membership options that make regular care simple and accessible.

What should I wear or bring?

  • Wear something comfortable that allows easy movement — and bring an open mind and the readiness to feel better.

Is chiropractic care safe for kids, pregnancy, or seniors?

  • Yes. When delivered by a skilled, trained practitioner, chiropractic care is safe and highly adaptable for every stage of life. We tailor techniques to each individual’s age, body, and needs to ensure gentle, effective care.

What if I don’t have pain — can I still benefit?

  • Absolutely. Many patients choose chiropractic care as part of their wellness routine to keep their bodies aligned, their nervous systems functioning optimally, and to prevent future issues. It’s about supporting your health, not just treating symptoms.

How is your approach different?

  • We focus on the whole person, not just the problem. By integrating chiropractic care with the Zone Technique and acupuncture, we address the root cause, support your body’s natural healing processes, and create lasting change — not quick fixes.

What results can I expect?

  • Many patients experience improvements in mobility, energy, posture, and overall well-being. Each body responds uniquely, but our goal is always to help you move toward better function, balance, and long-term health.

Can I continue my normal activities after an adjustment?

  • Yes, in most cases you can resume normal activities right away. We’ll let you know if any short-term modifications will support your body’s healing best. Many patients find they move more freely and feel more balanced afterward.

The Zone Technique

One of the methods that truly sets our practice apart is the Zone Technique — a gentle, precise approach that looks at the body through six key “zones.” Rather than chasing individual symptoms, we identify which zones are out of balance and direct care toward restoring proper function. It’s not about force — it’s about bringing the body back into harmony.

What It Is

The Zone Technique is based on the idea that the brain and nervous system control six primary systems in the body. Each system corresponds to a specific “zone,” and when one zone isn’t functioning optimally, the effects ripple throughout the entire body. By identifying and correcting imbalances at the zone level, we support the body’s ability to self-regulate and heal.

The Six Zones

  • Zone 1 – Glandular System: Supports hormonal balance, energy, focus, and immune function.

  • Zone 2 – Eliminative System: Involves the organs that detoxify and eliminate waste, supporting overall internal balance.

  • Zone 3 – Nervous System: Regulates the brain, spinal cord, and nerves — essential for communication throughout the body.

  • Zone 4 – Digestive System: Influences nutrient absorption, metabolism, and overall digestive health.

  • Zone 5 – Muscular System: Affects strength, posture, flexibility, and structural alignment.

  • Zone 6 – Circulatory System: Governs the heart, blood, and lymph flow — key to oxygen delivery, immune function, and healing.

Why It Matters

  • Zones function like control centers: when one is imbalanced, the entire system can be affected.

  • Correcting a single zone often produces improvements in multiple areas of health.

  • This is a systemic, intelligent way to work with the body — rather than chasing isolated symptoms.

How We Use It

  • Evaluate each zone through specific palpation and observation

  • Identify which zone(s) are under stress

  • Apply precise chiropractic adjustments tailored to those zones

  • Monitor how changes cascade through other systems

  • Reassess and refine over time to support lasting balance

  • This method aligns perfectly with our philosophy: treating the body as an integrated, intelligent system—not as a collection of separate parts.
