Refund Policy


All payments for services, packages, and memberships are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Packages and memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the purchasing patient.

In the event of extenuating circumstances (such as relocation or a medical issue preventing care), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to drchris.performance@gmail.com.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
