Performance Chiropractic & Acupuncture and Signal Mountain Chiropractic are self-pay practices. We do not accept insurance, nor do we bill insurance providers on your behalf.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
All package and membership payments are due in full at the time of purchase.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
