When you purchase a bundle, your account is loaded with additional credit — for example, pay $400 and receive $460 to use toward your visits.

When scheduling online, simply select your service at the full price (e.g., $75 for chiropractic or $119 for acupuncture).

Do membership visits roll over if I don’t use them?

Membership visits need to be used within the month and don’t roll over. This structure is meant to help you stay consistent with your care and get the best long-term results. Plus, it is our most cost effective option for regular care!
Can I share my package or membership with someone else?

Packages and memberships are meant for individual use and can’t be shared. This helps us keep your care personalized and your visit tracking accurate. If you wish to share, you have the shareable family credit option.
Can I switch between chiropractic and acupuncture with my package or membership?

At this time, chiropractic and acupuncture packages are separate. Many patients choose to use both to support their overall wellness, but each package applies to its specific service. If you wish to have both services combined, consider using the shareable family credit option. This allows you to mix and match services with the same discounts applied.
Can I cancel or change my membership?

Yes! Memberships are purchased on a two-month basis, and you can cancel anytime with written notice before your next billing date. We’ve designed them to be flexible and easy to manage—no long-term contracts or hidden surprises.
Do I have to use my package or membership at the same location every time?

No, not at all. You’re welcome to schedule your visits at either Performance Chiropractic or Signal Mountain Chiropractic—whichever is most convenient for you. Just be sure to book through your patient portal!
Cancellation Policy

We do our best to make staying on top of your appointments easy. You’ll receive multiple appointment reminders before the 24-hour window, and if you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so quickly and easily through your patient portal at any time.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make a change. This allows us to offer your spot to another patient who may be waiting.

If you miss an appointment or cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged. We understand that life happens, and if something unexpected comes up, just reach out — open communication is always appreciated.
