Do packages expire?
No, they never expire. Use your visits at your own pace, whether you like coming in regularly or spreading them out over time. It's flexible by design, so you get the most out of your care without feeling rushed.
Do membership visits roll over if I don't use them?
Membership visits need to be used within the month and don't roll over. This structure keeps you consistent with your care so you get the best long-term results, and it's also our most cost effective option for regular care.
Can I share my package or membership with someone else?
Packages and memberships are for individual use and can't be shared. This keeps your care personalized and your visit tracking accurate. If you want to share, ask about our shareable family credit option.
Can I switch between chiropractic and acupuncture with my package or membership?
Right now, chiropractic and acupuncture packages are separate. Many patients use both to support their overall wellness, but each package applies only to its specific service. Want to combine them? The shareable family credit option lets you mix and match services with the same discounts applied.
Can I cancel or change my membership?
Yes. Memberships run on a two month basis, and you can cancel anytime with written notice before your next billing date. They're built to be flexible and easy to manage, no long-term contracts or hidden surprises.
Do I have to use my package or membership at the same location every time?
Not at all. Book your visits at either Performance Chiropractic or Signal Mountain Chiropractic, whichever works best for you, through your patient portal.
Cancellation Policy
We make it easy to stay on top of your appointments. You'll get multiple reminders before the 24 hour window, and you can cancel or reschedule anytime through your patient portal.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes. This lets us offer your spot to another patient who's waiting.
If you miss an appointment or cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee applies. Life happens, so if something unexpected comes up, just reach out. We're always happy to talk it through.
Your patient portal gives you full control: confirm, reschedule, or cancel upcoming visits anytime, day or night.
